Delivery within Lahore is free on all orders above Rs. 1,200. Orders below Rs. 1,200 carry a flat Rs. 150 delivery charge. For orders shipped outside Lahore via courier (TCS or Leopards), delivery charges depend on your city and are typically Rs. 200–350 depending on weight and location. Courier orders outside Lahore require advance payment via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash since Cash on Delivery is not available for courier shipments. If you are ordering multiple products, we can often combine them in one shipment to save on courier costs — just mention it when you WhatsApp us. We aim to keep delivery costs as low as possible so more of your budget goes toward the product itself. For large or heavy products, delivery charges may vary slightly, so confirm the final total on WhatsApp before we dispatch.
Delivery timelines depend on your location. For Lahore: orders placed before 4 PM are typically delivered same day or next day via our own delivery. Orders placed in the evening are usually delivered the following day. For all other cities in Pakistan: delivery takes 2–4 business days via TCS or Leopards courier. Cities like Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, and Multan usually receive orders within 2 business days. More remote areas like Gilgit-Baltistan, Azad Kashmir, or interior Sindh may take 3–5 business days. Once your order is dispatched via courier we will share the tracking number so you can follow it in real time. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Yes — TrueGear delivers nationwide across Pakistan. We ship to all major cities including Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Gujranwala, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, Sialkot, and hundreds of smaller cities and towns. Shipments outside Lahore go via TCS or Leopards Courier. Please note that for courier orders, advance payment via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash is required since Cash on Delivery is only available for Lahore deliveries handled by our own riders. We can ship to pretty much any address in Pakistan that TCS or Leopards covers — if you are unsure, just WhatsApp us your city and we will confirm.
Warranty terms at TrueGear vary by product category. Most products carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty: this includes earbuds, headphones, neckbands, chargers, cables, power banks, speakers, and live trackers. For handsfree models (wired earphones), the policy is "Check Warranty" — you must record a clear unboxing video when you first open the product. If you discover a defect during unboxing, send the video via WhatsApp to +92 318 4254413 within 24 hours and we will arrange a replacement. Without an unboxing video, warranty claims for handsfree cannot be processed. The specific warranty details for each product are listed on the product page. Warranty claims due to physical damage, water damage beyond the rated IPX protection, or misuse are not covered.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us on WhatsApp at +92 318 4254413 within 48 hours of delivery. Send us a clear video or photo showing the defect — this helps us process your claim quickly. For handsfree products, you must have recorded an unboxing video as proof; without it we cannot verify whether the defect was pre-existing or happened during use. For all other products, a clear video or photo of the issue is sufficient. Once we verify the defect we will arrange a free replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer. We take product quality seriously and will not leave you stuck with a faulty unit.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days under two conditions: the product is dead on arrival (not working straight out of the box) or the product stops working within the manufacturer warranty period. For handsfree products, an unboxing video recorded at the time of opening is required to process any return or exchange. For all other products, a clear photo or video of the issue is needed. We do not accept returns for products that are working correctly but that you simply changed your mind about — so please check specifications and compatibility before ordering. If you received the wrong product, contact us immediately with photos and we will sort it out at no cost to you.
Cash on Delivery is available for all deliveries within Lahore handled by our own riders. You pay cash when the product arrives at your door — no upfront payment required. For orders shipped outside Lahore via TCS or Leopards courier, advance payment is required. We accept bank transfer (details shared on WhatsApp), Easypaisa, and JazzCash for advance payment.
