Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery if the product has a manufacturing defect or does not match what was ordered. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Exchange Options

Defective Out of the Box

If the item is not working upon opening (verified via unboxing video), we will replace it with the same model.

Under Warranty

If the item stops working during its warranty period (e.g. 1 year for Earbuds/Headphones), we will repair or replace it.

No Change of Mind

We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind or upgrading/downgrading to a different product.

Exchange Requirements

  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused, undamaged, and unaltered
  • Original box, accessories, manuals, and warranty sticker must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number or WhatsApp confirmation) is required
  • Product will be inspected before exchange is confirmed

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued in the following situations:

  • The product is confirmed defective and no suitable replacement is available
  • The wrong product was delivered and we are unable to provide the correct item
  • Your order was prepaid and cancelled before dispatch

Refund Method: Refunds are processed via the original payment method (bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash). Timelines depend on your bank or mobile wallet — typically 3–5 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or modified after delivery
  • Items missing original packaging, accessories, or warranty stickers
  • Products reported after the 7-day window has passed
  • Damage caused by misuse, drops, liquid, or improper charging
  • Products with tampered or removed serial/batch numbers

How to Return or Exchange

    Contact Us Within 7 Days

    WhatsApp us at +92 318 4254413 with your order number and a clear video/photo showing the issue.

    Receive Confirmation

    Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and send you a confirmation with further instructions.

    Send the Product

    Pack the product securely with all original accessories and ship it to our Lahore address. One-way courier charges are borne by the customer.

  4. 4

    Inspection & Processing

    We inspect the product upon receipt. Verified claims are processed (exchange dispatched or refund initiated) within 7–14 working days.

  5. 5

    Done

    Your replacement is dispatched at our cost, or your refund is transferred to your account.

One-way courier charges for sending the product to us are borne by the customer. Return shipping of the replacement or repaired product is covered by TrueGear.
