Warranty Coverage

TrueGear provides a seller warranty on all products sold through our platform. Warranty periods vary by product category:

Specific warranty periods are listed on each product page. The warranty period starts from the date of delivery, not the purchase date.

What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects — device malfunctions not caused by user misuse
  • Sound quality issues (distortion, one-side audio, no sound) under normal usage
  • Connectivity/pairing failures not caused by software or device incompatibility
  • Charging issues — device fails to charge under normal conditions
  • Button or control failures from normal usage

What Is NOT Covered

  • Physical damage — drops, cracks, broken hinges, bent connectors
  • Water or liquid damage of any kind
  • Burns, melted plastic, or heat damage
  • Scratches, dents, paint fading, or cosmetic wear from regular use
  • Damage from unauthorized repair or modification
  • Damage caused by improper charging (wrong adapter, overcharging)
  • Loss or theft of the product
  • Damage caused by extreme environments (excess heat, humidity, dust)
  • Battery degradation after 3 months of normal use

Warranty Claim Requirements

To process a warranty claim, you must provide ALL of the following:

  • Original product box and packaging
  • Proof of purchase (WhatsApp order confirmation or order number)
  • All accessories included at the time of purchase
  • Warranty sticker/seal must be intact and unaltered
  • Batch number on the product must match the box

Claims without original packaging or tampered warranty stickers will not be accepted.

How to Claim Warranty

  1. 1WhatsApp us at +92 318 4254413 with your order number and a video/photo clearly showing the defect.
  2. 2Our team will review your claim within 1–2 business days and confirm eligibility.
  3. 3If approved, you courier the product to our Lahore address (one-way courier charges are borne by you).
  4. 4Our team inspects the product. Verified defects are repaired or replaced within 7–14 working days.
  5. 5The repaired or replaced product is returned to you at our cost.

For Lahore customers, in-person drop-off is available. Contact us on WhatsApp to arrange.

Once the defective product is received at our location, claims are processed within 7–14 working days. We will keep you updated via WhatsApp throughout the process.
